addition to its Healthcare Research team with the hiring of Ying Huang.

Mr. Huang joins Gleacher & Company from Credit Suisse where he covered
Biotechnology companies across all market capitalizations. Prior to
working on Wall Street, Mr. Huang spent 10 years at the Schering-Plough
Research Institute where he was a Principal Scientist in the drug
discovery and development area. He received his PhD in Bio-Organic
Chemistry from Columbia University and completed his undergraduate work
at the University of Science and Technology of China.
